LJ 745 Tensioning System

LaserJob proudly introduces their new generation LJ 745 Tensioning System. The LJ 745 Tensioning System is a frameless stencil tensioning system with significant advantages over conventional stencil technologies.

It is the only tensioning system on the market which offers the same high and uniform tension, >40N/cm, as traditional “high-tension” stainless steel mesh-mounted stencils.

The LJ 745 Tensioning System is simple to use and doesn’t require compressed air. The tensioning frame is available in both 29” x 29” and 23” x 23” sizes and can accommodate all of the stencil foil thicknesses utilized in fixed frames.

How do we store stencils of the tensioning system LJ 745?

We offer a storage cabinet for stencils in tensioning system LJ 745.
On a base of 0,7m² the storage cabinet takes up 100 stencils. Due to the sectional strips welded on the stainless steel sheets, the stencils for the tensioning system LJ 745 can be stored without additional tools. No carton necessary – ecofriendly!

How can the stencil be inspected for cleanliness?

An illumination unit can be optionally integrated in the tensioning system, to facilitate the inspection of the stencil or the apertures. The illumination unit consists of maintenance free

LED`s with especially high numbers of lumens, to inspect very small apertures in an easy way.
