The Alpha-Tetra-tensioning system is a four-sided spring-loaded tensioning system for SMD-stencils with a special perforation. The system is suitable for the Vector-MountTM- and Vector-260-perforation as well. The Alpha-Tetra-tensioning system is in many metal sheet thicknesses available.

584 x 584 mm, (23“ x 23“) outside dimensions
584 x 736 mm, (23“ x 29“) Expanded with adapter set to outside dimensions of 736 x 736mm (29“ x 29“)
We offer material thicknesses (µm): 80, 90, 100, 120, 130, 140, 150, 180, 200, 250, 300, 400
The standard delivery time is: 3 working days for a SMD-stencil or step stencil in an Alpha-Tetra-Tensioning system. Express deliveries are possible in a 6- or 24-hours service.
