Stainless Steel Encoder Belt

Stainless steel encoder belts are used to position linear- and rotary axis very precisely e.g. in computertomographs. They have a hole pattern to determine the zero point to the optical axis for the absolute positioning of the axis.

With our highly precise laser systems we produce encoder belts from roll to roll with high precision of the hole patterns and belt structure and we are able to produce belts with defined length by using our laser cut- and laser welding systems to form an endless belt.

In addition we have suitable measuring devices to determine the accuracy of the encoder belts after the laser cut and laser welding process and we provide an inspection certificate of the encoder belt.
